At Remedy Education we are seeking a dedicated Strong Behaviour Learning Support Assistant to work with students with SEMH and challenging behaviour. Our partner school is a specialist SEMH primary and secondary school, located in Barkingside, Redbridge, and they are looking for someone who is ready to join their team as soon as possible.

• Location: Barkingside, Redbridge (primary and secondary SEMH sites)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Position: Strong Behaviour Learning Support Assistant
• Work closely with students to support their individual needs and promote positive behaviour.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
• Build trust and rapport with students to help them achieve their full potential.

• Experience with SEMH and challenging behaviour is essential.
