EC&I Engineer - Portsmouth - Up to £60,000

A leading Defence organisation is seeking an EC&I Engineer to join them on a permanent basis based out of Portsmouth.

The EC&I Engineer will be responsible for providing technical solutions in product and service delivery.

Key responsibilities include resolving technical issues, compiling reports, adhering to specifications, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and documentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively, manage customer relations, contribute to process improvement, and support project management.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or equivalent with significant experience
• Collaborative work experience in multi-discipline teams
• Demonstrated ability to handle various tasks and communicate effectively with other disciplines.

Desirable:

• Chartered Status or working towards it.
• Membership in a relevant institute or eligibility for registration with the Engineering Council
• Experience in managing engineering scope for projects from concept design to EPC
• Broad experience in commercial or defence projects

The salary on offer is up to 60,000, coupled with 28 days holiday, contributary pension scheme, life assurance plus more additional opt in benefits.
