Head Chef Hotel

We are looking for a Head Chef to oversee two restaurants in a central London 4 hotel.
You will be responsible for a team of 8 - 10 chefs, overseeing a casual dining restaurant and a British pub. You will have full autonomy to be creative on the menu's which change seasonally.
