An independent, well-established small animal veterinary practice located in a vibrant South West London community is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their close-knit team. The team comprises dedicated vets, nurses, and support staff who work collaboratively to provide outstanding clinical services while fostering a positive work culture where every team member's contribution is valued.

The Role

We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with approximately three years' experience who is confident managing a varied caseload, including consultations and routine surgeries. You will:

Provide excellent clinical care to small animal patients, working independently and with the support of a skilled nursing team Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through empathetic communication Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to case discussions Participate in a shared Saturday morning rota (one in three, 9am-1pm) Play an active role in maintaining the positive ethos and team spirit within the practice
