Hours: 3pm - Midnight, including weekends

THE SOUS CHEF ROLE

Working in a dark kitchen, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes for delivery and takeaway customers. Your role will include:

• Cooking fresh dishes to high standards for large order volumes
• Ensuring consistency in presentation and taste
• Working efficiently during peak delivery times
• Supporting other chefs and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen
