Our client based in Colchester is looking for an Outreach, Engagement and Intervention worker. This role is a new and exciting outreach project and you will be working in partner schools to promote inclusion and reduce permanent exclusions across including Colchester and Tendring.

You will be part of a team developing and delivering effective and bespoke interventions tailored to each students unique needs.

You will need to be an experienced practitioner who has already worked 1:1 with secondary aged students who have trauma, anxiety and/or SEN needs.

You will be joining the Trust when they have implemented this new and exciting initiative to offer outreach services to Secondary schools in North Essex, unlocking potential and transforming lives of students who struggle with their education.

The role will be 37 hours per week Mon - Fri (term time only) 39 working weeks actual salary with be 26,500

As you will be visiting pupils in Secondary schools across Colchester and Tendring you will need to hold a full driving licence with access to a car.
