Project Manager

Required background: Housebuilding

As the Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of this industrial development project, ensuring its successful delivery within budget and on schedule. The role requires a skilled leader with expertise in program management, stakeholder coordination, and a deep understanding of JCT contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the waste recycling refurbishment project on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Plan and monitor project progress using Asta or Microsoft Projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders to maintain seamless project execution.
• Manage JCT contracts effectively, addressing issues promptly.
• Provide regular updates on milestones, costs, and progress to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven track record of success managing industrial or complex refurbishment projects.
• Strong experience with JCT contracts and program management tools such as Asta or Microsoft Projects.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
• Preferably hold a Temporary Works Coordinator ticket.
• A background in permanent positions, demonstrating career longevity and commitment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
