Academics are working with an Outstanding mainstream Secondary school in Chelmsford, Essex who are seeking an Maths Teacher to join them after the Easter break on a long term basis with the view to go permanent from September 2025. The school looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Maths Teacher with good subject knowledge. The successful candidate will inspire and challenge students across ensuring they reach their full potential in mathematics.

The school would welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECT's.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Maths Teacher in Chelmsford:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that foster a love for mathematics.
• Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
• Contribute to curriculum development and the continuous improvement of teaching practices.
• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to create a cohesive educational experience
• Offer high standards of Education and training to all pupils within the school
• Establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
• Maintain accurate records and report student progress appropriately.
