Role Overview - Education and Training

The SEN Sports Graduate Assistant will support students with SEN in Croydon, assisting classroom teachers and contributing to physical education and sports activities tailored to the children's needs. You will play a key role in enhancing students' physical development and confidence through inclusive sports programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with delivering sports and physical education activities

Provide classroom support as a Classroom Support Assistant

Help implement individual education and support plans

Encourage participation and promote positive behaviour

Collaborate with staff in Croydon to support students' educational and physical development
