Tick Education is working with a school in Sandy that is looking for a dedicated L3 SEND Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced TA who is committed to making a real difference in the lives of children's who need that extra support.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Previous experience working with children with SEND
• A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff

In this role, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND
• Help create a supportive and engaging learning environment
• Promote inclusion and encourage positive behaviour

This is a long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
