BMS Engineer

BMS Commissioning Engineer (Multiple locations available) - Deal with the Service and Maintenance, install and commissioning of BMS systems within various areas.

• Design and implement of all Mechanical Building Services BEMS control systems across the full spectrum of building services.
• Preparing functional design specifications and points schedules.
• Representing the company at meetings with clients and contractors when required
• Site surveys, inspections, and monitor site works.
• Carry out on-site inspections of BEMS installations and witnessing of BEMS control functionality Report writing.
• Provide advice on appropriate control strategies for building services systems and application of the latest Building Energy - Management technologies.
• - Maintaining records and archives to company standards.
• - Manage own workload and liaise with the Office.
• - Complete additional tasks as instructed by management
