The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and service-driven Assistant Boutique Manager to support the Boutique Manager in the leadership and smooth operation of a prestigious flagship location in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a legacy brand that values excellence, artistry, and meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring an elevated customer journey and boutique performance.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, fostering long-term relationships through exceptional service and personalised clienteling.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and boutique targets while maintaining high service standards.
  • Monitor and maintain boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and product replenishment in collaboration with the back office and logistics.
  • Assist in key administrative functions, including reporting, analysis, team scheduling, and KPIs.
  • Support in organising and hosting client events, product launches, and in-store activations.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge across all categories (writing instruments, watches, leather, and accessories) and actively share insights with the team.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury retail management.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales in a high-end retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a hands-on and supportive approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A genuine passion for craftsmanship, luxury, and creating memorable client experiences.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the luxury market and client expectations.
