Interim Estates Surveyor

I am currently working with a Hertfordshire Authority who are looking for an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team on an interim basis.

Key Details:

• Day Rate: £350 - £425 a day (inside IR35)
• Location: Hertfordshire
• Working Pattern: 2 days per week in office, otherwise remote
• Contract: 3-month rolling contract

As an Interim Estates Surveyor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Rent reviews & Lease renewals.
• Landlord & Tenant.
• Service Charges.
• Way-leaves & Easements.
• Disposals & Acquisitions.
