Production Operative

You will be working on behalf of a well-known food production company ensuring customers receive the best products.

Pay Rate as a Production Operative:

• Days: 12.25p/h
• Overtime: 17.70 p/h
• Sunday: 23.60p/h
• 15 per day attendance allowance for shifts over 6 hours
• Nights:Under 12 weeks 13.04 p/h
• Overtime: 19.56p/h
• Sundays: 26.08 p/h

Typical hours as a Food Production Operative will be:

• Days: 06:00- 14 45- 22:00 early finish on Friday at 20:45
• You will be working Monday to Friday with early finishes on Friday!

As a Food Production Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Weighing and checking raw materials before production
• Packing packets of sauces on a production line and working towards deadlines and targets.
• To ensure food safety measures are adhered
• To run quality checks post-production.
• To carry out simple repetitive standard operating procedures
