The Role - English Teacher

As an English Teacher at our school in Rainham, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring English lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will play a key role in fostering a love for literature and language while ensuring students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
• Inspire and motivate students to develop their reading, writing, and analytical skills
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary
• Contribute to the English department's curriculum development and teaching strategies
• Maintain high expectations for student achievement and behaviour

• A qualified English Teacher with QTS (or relevant teaching qualification)
