Gas Supervisor

One of our market leading gas contractors are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor/Technical Engineer to join their team. You will support and train engineers, ensuring they maintain high standards of service and technical excellence. You will be a point of contact for technical guidance while supervising daily operations to drive performance and quality.You will be working in the Southwark area.

Salary: £47,000 £50,000 per year (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical support and advice to engineers, helping them diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
• Mentor and train engineers, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Conduct site visits and quality checks, offering feedback to engineers to promote continuous improvement.
• Assist with complex jobs and ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with industry regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of job reports and compliance certificates.

Requirements:

• Gas Safe registered with relevant ACS certifications
• Minimum of 5 years in a technical engineering role, with experience mentoring or supervising a team.
• Expertise in diagnosing and repairing systems, with a willingness to share knowledge with others.
• Full UK driving license.
