The Role

As a Year 2 Teacher, you will:

• Take responsibility for a Year 2 class
• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Support pupils as they approach the end of Key Stage 1
• Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with your year group partner and wider team
• Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively
• Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues

• Experience teaching in KS1, ideally Year 2
