Are you a reliable and people-focused Practice Manager looking for a new challenge in a successful, client-centric wealth management firm based in Tunbridge Wells?

This is your opportunity to join a boutique financial planning practice with a strong reputation for quality advice and long-standing client relationships. Staff retention is key to their success-and they're now looking for a proactive Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, HR support, and team wellbeing.

You'll be central to keeping the business running smoothly, helping staff stay motivated, and aligning the team with broader business goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

As Practice Manager, you'll wear many hats: people leader, HR coordinator, compliance support, operations lead, and adviser liaison. You'll be ensuring systems are updated, performance targets are monitored, and the team feels supported both professionally and personally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a positive team environment and supporting career development
  • Managing HR duties including holiday planning, onboarding, KPI reporting & payroll coordination
  • Preparing documentation for adviser and staff reviews and HR meetings
  • Monitoring new business cases and updating systems regularly
  • Supporting CPD tracking, compliance tasks, and internal reporting for the Director
  • Leading on office coordination, IT support liaison, and third-party relationship management
  • Delivering or coordinating staff training in line with any changes in processes or regulatory requirements

? What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a similar Practice Manager or Office Manager role within financial services
  • A natural communicator who keeps team morale high and aligns people with business targets
  • Familiarity with adviser support workflows, HR documentation, and compliance procedures
  • Strong IT literacy including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A background in pensions, investments, or regulated financial planning is a bonus
