Foot Mobile Engineer (Multi-Skilled)

Location: Five Luxury Sites Across Central London

Salary: unto £50,000 depending on experience per annum plus overtime oppitunites

Hours: 41.25 per week, with weekend overtime available

Overview:

Acorn is recruiting on behalf of Anpora UK for a Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to support operations across five high-end sites in Central London. This is a premium role for someone with strong M&E experience and a proven track record of working with high-end clients in prestigious environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and servicing across luxury commercial sites
• Manage subcontractor visits and ensure exceptional standards of delivery
• Build and maintain professional relationships with site staff and tenants
• Report faults directly to Acorn/Anpora, not to clients or tenants
• Attend call-outs and weekend overtime as required
• Maintain accurate documentation and site logbooks
• Support the Lead Engineer and Facilities Manager with day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in M&E building services and HVAC systems
• Familiarity with Legionella control and Health & Safety regulations
• City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Electrical qualifications (18th Edition Wiring Regulations)
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Professional, discreet, and confident when dealing with high-end clients
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and team-oriented mindset
