Project Manager

My client are a reputable main contractor who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in London! Projects range from large new build and refurbishment residential schemes. Their sustained growth makes this a very exciting time to join! (PERM)

Ideal candidate:

• Ambitious and driven individual who has proven longevity in previous roles.
• Tier 1 or Tier 2 background
• Experience working on large schemes.
• Experience working on conversions projects.
• Organised individual who has excellent programme management skills.

Duties include:

• Overall management of the site workforce and being a line manager for the Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers.
• Successfully directing the site management team through each phase of the project.
• Ensuring Health, Safety and Quality is managed effectively.
• Continuously evaluating sub-contractor capabilities advising Directors of their performance.
• Identifying potential issues on site at the early stages and notifying Directors.
• Supporting Site Managers with any build issues during the planning phase of the project.
