Contract: Temp to Perm

Rate : £20 per hour

Location: South London

Working Hours per Week: 42.5 hours

Start Date: ASAP

My client is currently looking for a Wet Multi to work in social housing properties. We are looking to recruit a number of Wet Multi's on their behalf to interview and start immediately.

Day to day work will consist of going into occupied social housing properties and will be general Wet Multi reactive maintenance and repairs being sent by a PDA. Being able to work alone or as a part of a team is essential as well. A Van and Fuel Card will be provided also.

The ideal Wet Multi candidate will need to have the following:

• Full UK Driver s License
• Social Housing Experience
• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant field
