Capital Actuary Life - Contract

Oliver James are recruiting on behalf of a Life Insurer who require support in Capital projects.

This is a UK based contract, you must live in the UK and be a UK tax resident to apply.

Start: September OctoberDuration: 6 month initial contractRate: Dependent on experienceLocation: South East based office - travel requirements flexible.

Responsibilities: Reviewing Capital Management framework, stress and scenario testing review, supporting with PRA applications and review of capital strategy.

Required experience: - FIA or qualified by experience in Life Insurance industry (8+ years).- Strong knowledge of Solvency II and UK regulatory requirements.- Recent experience in capital management focussed role (non-negotiable). Focus on frameworks, methodology, SST and PRA application involvement are all strongly desirable.- Soft skills involving working to deadlines, stakeholder management and fostering positive relationships.
