• Base salary: £30,000

• First-year earnings: £33,000-£38,000 realistic OTE

What you'll do in your first year:

• Source and interview candidates for school-based roles

• Write and promote professional CVs and candidate profiles

• Work closely with our sales consultants to place candidates

• Hit weekly KPIs and targets (fully supported)

• Earn commission as you develop in the role

Once you complete your first year, you'll move into a Sales Consultant role, with advanced training in:

• Business development and client growth

• Negotiation and margin management

• Safeguarding, compliance, and regulations

• Customer service and handling objections

• Time and workload management
