Your new companyAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced leader to head up the financial planning arm of a professional practice that is committed to growing the firm's wealth planning business. The company has ambitious plans for growth and is looking to invest significantly. Clients are typically private individuals and business owners/directors.Your new roleYou will be responsible for building and growing a team of financial planners nationally, providing management support, identifying new business opportunities and driving forward the wealth planning (IFA) business.What you'll need to succeedYou will have a demonstrable track record of building and growing a team of advisers, excellent leadership skills, experience of working within compliance oversight, the drive and ambition to take on a role which will be focused on continued growth, whilst also being prepared to be hands-on in advising an existing client portfolio in the short-term whilst building your advisory team. Essential to be a fully-qualified financial adviser, ideally Chartered.
