Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual milling machines to produce precision parts
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements
• Adjust machine speeds and feeds as needed
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC manual milling machine operator
• Proficiency in using Bridgeport and XYZ SMS200
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints
• Ability to perform machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Day-to-day

• Receive work instructions and blueprints
• Set up and calibrate milling machines
• Execute machining operations according to specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Communicate with team members to ensure efficient production flow
