9.30am - 1.30pm
4 hours per day = 20 hours per week
Monday - Friday
Fixed term contract: 6 months from appointment (due to budget constraints)

Salary Range: £30,654 - £32,907 FTE, £15,406.53 pro rata

South Bermondsey Children and Family Hub provides services for children from preconception to the age of 25 with SEND and their families. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, committed family focused worker to help us achieve great things. Across the locality there are areas characterised by high levels of need and family movement in which communities are changing and challenging, yet vibrant.

Your role will be to support the Children and Family Hub services which include:

In addition, we expect all members of the team to develop and maintain effective working partnerships with all stake holders which include parents, health services and other teams related to Children & Family Hubs and key priorities.
The Bermondsey & Rotherhithe Children and Family Hub are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of children and young people. We conduct value-based interviews. The successful candidate must demonstrate that they are fully committed to our safeguarding policies and procedures. Pre-employment checks and references will be sought, and successful candidates will need to undertake an enhanced DBS check. We welcome applications from all sections of the community.
