The nursery is seeking a skilled professional to help deliver a fun and stimulating Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Your Responsibilities

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will be instrumental in:

• Planning and leading imaginative, play-based activities that align with the EYFS framework.
• Observing, assessing, and documenting each child's development and progress.
• Creating a safe and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff.
• Serving as a key person for a specific group of children, overseeing their well-being and development.
• Ensuring all safeguarding and welfare requirements are consistently met.

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., Cache Level 3, NVQ Level 3).
• Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner within an early years setting.
• A comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for early childhood development.
• An enhanced DBS check or the willingness to apply for one.
