Maintenance Engineer

Are you a level 3 qualified plumbing and heating engineer? Do you have a mechanical maintenance degree or NVQ? Have you had experience working for the NHS in a mechanical maintenance role? If so we have a new role for you!

Our client is a specialist centre, based in Putney, with an in house estates team. They are looking to hire a mechanical engineer, which is a static role, on the day shift, Monday - Friday. This is a permanent position with brilliant benefits.

In addition to a salary of £43,000 for this day shift permanent building services engineer role, you will be awarded a range of benefits including:

Within this mechanical maintenance engineer role, based in Putney you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks such as:

• PPMs and reactive maintenance on the collection of buildings
• Plant room maintenance such as AHU/FCU
• Legionella management
• Plumbing and heating maintenance

You will be working for a great manager and be joining a team of specialist engineers providing first class maintenance services on this estate. For this mechanical maintenance role we are looking for;

• Level 3 plumbing and heating or NVQ Mechanical qualification
• Experience of mechanical building services maintenance, ideally from within a hospital setting
• Commercial maintenance experience, or installation experience
• Living close to the Putney area
