We're recruiting for a talented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a well-respected refurbishment contractor in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor who's looking to work on varied projects-fire safety works, refurbishments, M&E upgrades, and small works-while being part of a supportive team environment. Key responsibilities:

• Managing costs across fire, refurb, M&E, and small works projects
• Working closely with the Commercial Director and wider project teams
• Preparing tenders, budgets, and valuations
• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a Quantity Surveyor (ideally within refurbishment / small works / M&E / fire projects)
• Enjoys working as part of a small, collaborative team
• Is commercially astute with excellent communication skills
• Wants to develop and progress in a long-term role
