Technical Sales Representative £28,000 £30,000 + Bonus/Commission High Wycombe (Office-Based + 25% Travel)

This is a full-time, permanent role offering a base salary of £28,000 £30,000, plus an attractive bonus and commission structure. If you're motivated by results, passionate about cutting-edge tech, and eager to hit the road (with 25% travel across the UK), this could be your next big career move!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prospect and generate high-quality leads
• Identify customers technical requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
• Keep sales pipelines up to date via the CRM system.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Represent the company at sales conferences and exhibitions (2 3 per year).
• Hit the road for on-site demonstrations and customer visits.
• Support the marketing team with digital content creation and campaign ideas.
• Assist in system installations and provide aftersales support when needed.
• Constantly seek new ways to increase market share and streamline sales processes.

Who They re Looking For:

• A Bachelor s degree in a STEM subject Physics or Material Science preferred.
• A clean UK driving license and willingness to travel (25% of the role).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Natural relationship builder able to influence and engage with confidence.
• A self-starter with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Motivated by targets and passionate about continuous improvement.
