Project Surveyor

Our client is a Surrey-based Social Housing Landlord providing safe and affordable housing to the customers it serves. They have recently completed a high volume of fire safety works and are looking for an interim project surveyor to support them with delivering this work.

You will be, responsible for conducting surveys, inspections, and checking risk assessments related to fire safety, implementing fire safety measures, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

The works include both active and passive work streams including all fire doors, fire stopping, property fire detection and communal alarm systems and all ad-hoc fire related remedial/renewal works as required.

Job Role

• Salary £300 - £325 per day
• Hybrid Working
• Based in Surrey

The Candidate

• Some experience and knowledge of working with Fire safety Works and Fire Risk Assessment actions.
• Knowledge of all housing and building-related fire safety legislation, fire safety guidance, building regulations best practices and techniques
