Credit Controller (Temporary to Permanent)

Full-Time Monday-Friday

I am recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a leading relocation services business on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual with experience in debt recovery, finance administration, or credit control. You will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts, maintaining accurate records, producing reports, and supporting wider business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chasing and recovering outstanding debts from customers and clients.
• Managing aged debt reports and account reconciliations.
• Updating internal databases, client portals, and financial records.
• Preparing documentation for debt recovery and arbitration processes.
• Producing management information and performance reports.
• Processing supplier invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Supporting client communications and relocation projects.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous debt recovery, credit control, or finance administration experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, data manipulation, CSV files, and macros.
• Experience producing reports and analysing data.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access and SQL reporting is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Hours: Core hours are 9:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work shifts between 8:30am-5:00pm and 10:00am-6:30pm when required. Occasional Saturday working may be necessary.
