Catering Staff - ASAP start, ongoing role until October

• Hours are 10am-6pm / 8am-4pm on a rota basis (flexibility required), Friday-Tuesday

My client is a high-end venue in Maidstone known for its exceptional food, service, and welcoming environment. They are looking for a reliable and hard-working Catering Assistant to join their team on an ongoing basis. It's a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to thrive under pressure, but you'll have a strong supportive team by your side.What you'll do:• Support the Head Chef in the preparation and delivery of daily menus• Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and assembling dishes• Carry out kitchen porter duties - washing up, cleaning surfaces, and keeping the kitchen tidy• Handle deliveries and stock management• Clean kitchen equipment and maintain high cleanliness standards• Help ensure health and safety, hygiene and food safety standards are always followedWho you are:• A strong team player and ready to get stuck in• Positive and able to thrive in a busy kitchen environment• Reliable and takes pride in delivering great service• Comfortable taking direction and confident enough to work independently when neededApply today!
