Learning Support Assistants Needed - Start ASAP or After February Half Term

Our Schools are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join their vibrant and inclusive learning environment. Located in Portsmouth, The school is a special educational needs school that provides a supportive and nurturing setting for pupils with a variety of additional needs.

About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Work closely with teaching staff to support pupils' learning and development.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support for children with additional needs.
• Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting positive interactions.
• Be a key part of the team, helping students achieve their full potential.

What We're Looking For:

• A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Experience in a school or SEN setting is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners.

• Location: Portsmouth
• Start Date: ASAP or after February half-term
• Contract Type: Full-time, term-time only
• Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience - From £90 per day
