• Overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of highways maintenance projects
• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
• Managing contracts and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conducting risk analysis and value management
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitoring project costs and progress, providing regular financial reports
• Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best terms
• Resolving any financial disputes that arise during the course of the project

• Experience in quantity surveying, specifically within the highways maintenance sector
• Strong understanding of contract management and industry regulations
• Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in quantity surveying or a related field
