The Role - Reception Teacher

• Full-time Reception Teacher covering a maternity post from September to December 2025
• Deliver the EYFS framework with creativity, structure, and care
• Guide a class of enthusiastic Reception pupils through their first term of school
• Work closely with experienced EYFS practitioners and support staff
• Contribute to a nurturing environment that promotes development and confidence

• Supportive SLT who invest in their Reception Teachers and value creative teaching

The Candidate - Reception Teacher

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Minimum of 2 years UK-based EYFS teaching experience required
• A strong grasp of early childhood development and the EYFS curriculum
• Committed Reception Teacher who is warm, reflective and energetic
• Able to plan, assess and inspire young minds with engaging lessons
