The Role - What's on Offer:

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will enjoy a steady flow of 7-10 high-quality appointments per week from well-established estate agency branches across Kent. You'll also benefit from a strong existing client database for remortgage and protection opportunities.

This home-working Mortgage Broker position allows you to focus on advising clients on a wide range of mortgage and protection solutions while receiving full support with administration, compliance, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver whole-of-market mortgage advice across purchase, remortgage, buy-to-let, and new build cases.
• Provide expert advice on a full range of protection products, including life insurance, critical illness, and income protection.
• Manage and convert estate agency-generated leads into completed applications.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and introducers.
• Work to achieve personal sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain FCA compliance standards and ensure best practices at all times.

What You'll Receive:

• Basic salary up to £31,000, depending on experience.
• Uncapped commission - realistic high earnings of £55,000 Year 1, rising to £65,000+ Year 2.

Candidate Requirements:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified - minimum Level 1 essential.
• Minimum 1-2 years of proven success as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
• Excellent knowledge of residential mortgage products and protection.
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to convert leads into business.
• Ambitious, motivated, and proactive personality.
• Based in Kent or within 1 hour of Rochester.
