We're Hiring: ABA Tutor - Hammersmith & Fulham Location: Hammersmith & Fulham, West London Hours: Full-time or part-time (term-time or year-round) Salary: £90-£110 per day (depending on experience) Start Date: Insert preferred date or "ASAP" ? About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate, reliable, and enthusiastic ABA Tutor to support children and young people with autism and additional needs in Hammersmith & Fulham. Working in school or home settings, you will implement structured ABA programmes tailored to each child's individual goals-supporting their communication, social skills, independence, and behaviour. ? Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver 1:1 ABA sessions based on personalised behavioural intervention plansSupport communication development using evidence-based techniques (e.g., PECS, Makaton)Collect and track behavioural data during each sessionCollaborate with BCBAs, teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and familiesParticipate in regular training and supervision? What We're Looking ForA genuine interest in working with children with autism or learning differencesStrong interpersonal, communication, and observational skillsAbility to follow structured teaching plans and behavioural strategiesPatience, empathy, and a proactive attitudeDesirable: Experience with ABA, SEN, or early intervention; knowledge of PECS, Makaton, or AAC; psychology or education background ?
