Recruitment Sales Consulant

FTS Group are looking for an experienced Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our team in Purfleet, Essex. FTS Group is a recruitment and logistics company that works across the UK, from Glasgow to Exeter and everywhere in between. For over 20 years we have provided driving and industrial recruitment agency services to global supply chains and SMEs, as well as haulage, warehousing and distribution services from our Head Office Distribution Centre. As a Sales Consultant you ll be a key figure, the face of our service offering to prospective clients, responsible for generating new business and growing the client base. You ll be working with the Branch Manager and Commercial Manager to devise and implement sales strategies that achieve revenue targets, and onboard accounts that will then be serviced by the Branch Team.

Job Title: Recruitment Sales Consultant

Location: RM15 Purfleet, Essex

Working hours: 8am - 5pm with an hour lunch break

Working Rota: Monday to Friday (Office Based)

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000 per annum with uncapped commission.

Start Date: Immediate Start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and grow your branch client base.

• Learn and understand driving and industrial recruitment market practices.

• Strategic networking, prospecting, and cold calling.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Conduct regular client meetings to showcase our services.

• Liaise with the Branch Manager and Commercial Manager for success.

Salary and Benefits

The base salary for this position is £30,000 per annum. We provide a generous uncapped commission scheme that opens the opportunity to quickly and realistically earn up to £40,000.00 per annum OTE.

Requirements:

You must have:

• A full UK driving licence and a car

• Previous experience in recruitment essential

• Previous experience in B2B sales essential
