Role Overview
In this position, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive HR services, supporting strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace environment. Competitive salary, this role offers both challenge and reward.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Policy Implementation: Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Recruitment Coordination: Manage the recruitment process from drafting adverts to conducting interviews.
• Onboarding & Inductions: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Payroll Management: Collate monthly payroll data and resolve any queries.
• Performance Reviews: Oversee the performance review process and provide necessary support.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Lead initiatives to promote equality and diversity within the firm.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Advisor role.
• CIPD Level 5 Essential, Desirable Level 7
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships.
