What you ll do:

• Conduct respectful, thorough assessments with individuals.
• Translate medical info and personal experiences into clear, fair reports.
• Be a vital link in connecting people to life-changing resources.
• Embrace an excellent work life balance with Monday to Friday office hours, hybrid working, and part time hours available after 7 weeks training.

What you ll bring:

• A caring, professional attitude you re a people person through and through.
• A minimum of 12 months post qualified experience as a RGN, RMN or RNLD, OR HCPC registered physiotherapist or Occupational therapist
• A sharp eye for detail and confidence with decision-making.
• An ability to critically and fairly assess information.
• Good IT skills must be able to type 40 word per minute.
