Based at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London, De Vere is seeking a Group Sales & Events Co-Ordinator to join the team supporting the De Vere portfolio.

As the Group Sales & Events Co-Ordinator you will report to the Director of Meetings & Events Sales in delivering a first class, professional booking management service, whilst maximizing revenue and achieving budgeted targets across the De Vere portfolio.

In return you will receive a salary of 27,000 per annum plus a sales bonus incentive scheme worth up to 10% of your annual salary and excellent benefits including 50.00 staff stays with De Vere Hotels and a paid day off to celebrate on your birthday to name just a few!

Your skills and experience

You will ideally have event sales/planning experience or proactive sales experience from within the hospitality sector such as Hotels, Restaurants or Event Venues
You have excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills to be able to positively represent De Vere
You are confident using IT software - familiarity with Opera software would be beneficial but is not essential as training can be provided
Most of all, you will share our values such as being graciously warm, demonstrating a genuine approach, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail is considered
