NonStop's client, based in the Southeast, is looking for a new Registered Fostering Manager to join their non-profit fostering organisation on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of 5 staff while overseeing around 60 fostering households, helping everyone deliver safe, high-quality, trauma-informed care.
• Help the service grow and improve - support foster care retention, developing staff skills, and building a positive, learning-focused culture.
• Ensure compliance, safeguarding practices whilst maintain Ofsted rating and a high standard of care

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England
• Driver
• Very good understanding of the Ofsted regulations, fostering legislation / National Minimum Standards
• Management experience, either a Registered Fostering Manager or Deputy Manager within an IFA
