Export operations clerk - Film media events and TV

WE ARE RECRUITING FOR A NEW AND EXCITING ROLE! Our client is a specialist forwarder who is looking to expand their export operations team with someone who has strong exports knowledge within the freight industry.

You must be filly conversant in exports start - finish including full customs entries / clearance!

Duties include:

• Updating customers on deliveries and collections within the media / film , TV and broadcasting industry.
• Cutting airway bills
• Bookings with airlines and cargo handlers
• Liaising with road freight department
• Pre alerts
• Carnets
• Billing and invoicing clients
• Dealing with overseas agents
• Working closely with other departments

Hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.30pm and there is a rota for 1 in 12 Saturday morning which is paid at overtime!
