About the Role

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will support individuals in their own homes with personal care, daily routines, and companionship, helping them maintain independence and dignity.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living tasks like washing, dressing, toileting, and meal prep.
• Promote independence and respect each client's dignity.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Travel between clients' homes in the local area (short distances).

• Compassionate, kind, and respectful individuals.
• Previous experience in a care setting (domiciliary or similar) is needed.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Reliability and flexibility (day or night shifts).
• Team player with a willingness to continuously improve.
• Must be available to attend 3-day induction training.
• Able to provide 3 years of references.
• Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (they can help arrange this).
