• PAYE: £20.67 per hour
• Umbrella/Ltd: £24.10 per hour

Ribble Recruitment is supporting a large housing provider in London to recruit qualified DLO Electricians on a temporary basis within a Direct Repairs service.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality electrical repairs, maintenance, inspection, and testing services to residential properties across South London.

You will work as part of an in-house Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), carrying out reactive and planned electrical works in occupied and void properties. The role involves testing, inspections, fault-finding, reporting, and compliance work in line with current regulations.

There is also the opportunity to participate in out-of-hours work, which will increase overall earnings.

• Deliver electrical repairs and maintenance services to residential properties
• Carry out electrical testing, surveys, inspections, and Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
• Complete detailed compliance and inspection reports
• Ensure all works meet current wiring regulations and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and service partners
• Attend site-based interviews where required (online interviews also available)

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation + AM2
• City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2
• City & Guilds 2330 Levels 2 & 3
• City & Guilds 2365 Levels 2 & 3 + AM2

• Level 3 Electrotechnical Experienced Worker (2346) + AM2E

• City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition - 2018/2020)

• Minimum 5 years' electrical maintenance/installation experience
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points, no serious offences in last 10 years)
• Minimum 2 years' driving experience
• Willingness to work across South London
• Ability to work inside IR35
