Your Role as a Supply HLTA:

• Deliver engaging lessons across the primary or secondary curriculum in the absence of teachers.
• Provide high-quality classroom support to teachers and pupils.
• Lead small group interventions to support pupil progress.
• Work flexibly in different schools, building positive relationships with staff and pupils.

Requirements:

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience working in primary or secondary schools.
• A flexible and proactive attitude to adapt to different settings.
• Right to work in the UK and a DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
