AV Warehouse Hire Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, testing, and maintaining AV equipment including sound, lighting, and projection systems
• Assisting with the setup and dismantle of AV equipment at various event locations
• Loading and unloading vehicles with care and attention to detail
• Supporting warehouse operations including stock control and equipment checks
• Ensuring equipment is clean, organized, and ready for hire
• Working both independently and as part of a dynamic team

What We're Looking For:

• Enthusiastic and reliable individuals with a strong interest in AV and live events
• Previous hands-on experience in the AV industry is essential
• Professional appearance and a positive, "can-do" attitude
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including early starts, late finishes, and weekends
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Full, clean UK driving licence required

Core Hours: 9am - 5pm (flexibility required)

Base: Reading (with daily travel to event sites across the Thames Valley)
