This is a hybrid Human Resources Business Partner role working 3 days in the office on the outskirts of Reading. This is a fast-paced generalist role with a clear path to future development within the team. You will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decisions and driving opportunities for success.
As Human Resources Business Partner your role will include:
- HR Expertise Onsite: Act as the primary Human Resources expert on-site, providing guidance on complex matters such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and capability concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes in line with company policies, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new hires.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Leadership Development: Mentor and coach team leaders, supporting their professional growth and enhancing leadership capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization. Serve as a reliable advisor, offering insights and support to leaders to facilitate effective project execution and ensure organizational alignment.
- Performance Management: Lead performance management initiatives by setting clear objectives, tracking progress, and implementing development plans. Ensure all teams are aligned with strategic goals and operating effectively.

- Demonstrable experience in a HR Manager / People Partner role
- CIPD qualification level 5 minimum
In return you will receive a salary of 50,000 - 55,000 pa.
