Pay Rate:

• PAYE: £20.57 per hour
• Limited/Umbrella: £26.31 per hour
• Job Type: Ongoing Contract Initial 3 months

Ribble Recruitment are hiring an experienced Carpenter/Joiner for repair and maintenance work in occupied residential properties.

Duties:

• Door hanging & frame replacements
• Flooring, skirting & architraves
• Kitchen & bathroom repairs
• Window and ironmongery adjustments

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or time-served carpenter
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in social housing a bonus
